ZW43-12 series outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers are outdoor high-voltage switchgear with rated voltage of 12kV and three-phase ac of 50Hz. It is mainly used for load current, overload current and short circuit current of power system. It is suitable for substation, industrial and mining enterprises and urban and rural distribution network for protection and control, especially for the frequent operation of the site and the city network automation distribution network. Meet thefollowing standards: GB/T1984 high voltage ac circuit breaker, GB/T11022 common technical requirements for high voltage switchgear and control equipment, D1402 ac high-voltage circuit breaker ordering technical conditions.

The circuit breaker can be matched with the controller into a coincidence device to achieve remote control, telemetry, remote communication, remote adjustment 'four' function.ZW32 series outdoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker  is an outdoor distribution equipment with rated voltage of 12kV and three-phase  alternating current of 50Hz.It is mainly used to open and close load current, overload current and short circuit current in power system.It is suitable for the protection and control in the power distribution system of substation and industrial and mining enterprises, as well as the places where the rural power grid is frequently operated. Structural features
1. The shell is made of high-quality stainless steel or ordinary copper plate after Dacromet anti-rust treatment process and then sprayed with UV-resistant varnish. The product has excellent environmental resistance such as corrosion resistance and salt spray resistance.
2. The insulating part is made of epoxy resin and silicon rubber load insulating material, which has high insulation level, strong anti-pollution ability, and has the ability to resist ozone, ultraviolet rays, hydrophobicity and high and low temperature. There is no transformer oil and no sulfur hexafluoride gas in the box, which meets the requirements of oil-free transformation and environmental protection.
3. The operating mechanism is divided into two types: manual and electric. When necessary, a remote control operation device and a closing surge avoidance device can be added. The power of the external power supply is not more than 70W, and it is easy to be equipped with a backup power supply. The uniquely designed buffer device has excellent performance, small rebound and low noise.
4. The arc extinguishing chamber adopts special stainless steel brazing technology, without electroplating, high welding quality, stable and reliable, and low air leakage rate. The special ceramic metallization formula and advanced ceramic metallization process are used in the production process to ensure the airtightness of the product, the tensile strength is greater than 130Mpa, and it is completely sealed at one time.
5. The current transformer is made of high-quality magnetic materials, epoxy resin and silicon rubber load insulation, and has the advantages of large capacity, high dynamic and thermal stability, high precision level, maintenance-free, and high reliability.
