Structural feature

Iron core

winding

The winding adopts corrugated oil channel, no paint dipping process, and tight tape binding; The windings are concentric coils: the high voltage winding has a tap required for the tap voltage, which is led to the tap switch, the switch is installed on the box cover, and the voltage transfer of 10kV and 20KV can be achieved after the power is cut off, and the tap voltage is changed.

Safety protection device

Oil temperature measuring device

The transformer is equipped with a glass thermometer tube base, the tube base is located on the top of the tank, and extends into the oil 120 10mm;

Transformer tank

The transformer oil tank is composed of corrugated wall, and the surface is sprayed with dust and the paint film is firm. The corrugated heat sink not only has a cooling function, but also has a "breathing" function, and the elasticity of the corrugated heat sink can compensate for the change in the volume of transformer oil caused by the temperature rise and fall. Therefore, the fully sealed transformer has no oil storage tank, reducing the overall height of the transformer;

When the transformer is packaged, the vacuum oiling process is used to completely remove the moisture in the transformer, and the transformer oil does not contact with the air. Effectively prevent oxygen and moisture from invading the transformer, which may lead to the deterioration of transformer insulation performance and transformer oil aging, so oil sample tests are carried out from time to time:
